Strumming chords may be all they have, but the buskers of Norwich show no self-pity; the compassion of the musicians playing in the streets is worth broadcasting. Despite obvious talent, buskers are often left unnoticed.
Leonie A. Garlick
With no hesitation to play into the night and continue through rain- the persistence of the buskers is exhilarating. It is astounding to watch individuals who have little to lift the spirits of wealthy passers-by. They are becoming an important addition to Norwich’s diverse culture scene; fulfilling ambitions to brighten up streets of the city.
Re-creating adored tunes such as Bob Dylan’s `knocking on heaven’s door`, the buskers’ hopeful voices echo throughout Norwich to anyone who will listen; no doubt will these closet talents be discovered in the future.
