The compilation, comprising of visual and independent work, focuses on the Latin American events and will be part of an alternative outlook available to the public that seeks a different view on this part of the world.
The organisers of an afternoon called “Alborada x Movimientos Summer Fiesta”, are the team of Alborada, a collective that, like a few others existing in the United Kingdom, want to be an independent voice offering an alternative to that found in the mainstream on Latin American politics, media and culture.
To promote their work, they regularly organise documentary screenings and talks and their next event will take place in London on the 9 June.
