Creative <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-sa\/4.0\/\">Commons License<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La iniciativa fue lanzada por la Casa Blanca para otorgar permisos de trabajo y amparo de la deportaci\u00f3n a miles de j\u00f3venes indocumentados que llegaron antes de 2007.<\/p>\n<p>En a\u00f1os posteriores, el Congreso no regul\u00f3 por ley lo que ser\u00eda parte de una dilatada reforma migratoria, pues la \u00faltima fue aprobada bajo el gobierno del republicano Ronald Reagan en 1986, o sea, que en noviembre ser\u00e1n 36 a\u00f1os sin que el poder legislativo se pronuncie.<\/p>\n<p>Los <em>Dreamers<\/em> son los 2.1 millones de j\u00f3venes en condici\u00f3n de indocumentados que llegaron a Estados Unidos cuando eran ni\u00f1os y actualmente hay aproximadamente un mill\u00f3n de ellos que se benefician de esta acci\u00f3n diferida, establecida por Obama en 15 de junio de 2012, pero qu\u00e9 ser\u00e1 de los otros, se preguntan hoy expertos y activistas comunitarios.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, durante una excluyente Cumbre de las Am\u00e9ricas, la Casa Blanca y 19 pa\u00edses firmaron un plan contra la inmigraci\u00f3n irregular pero, como muchas de las cosas incluidas en ese foro limitado, son solo promesas de dif\u00edcil concreci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s cuando en Estados Unidos hay una polarizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-251526 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/tucuentavip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Migrante-diversidad-detencion-Pixabay-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"495\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Migrante-diversidad-detencion-Pixabay-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Migrante-diversidad-detencion-Pixabay-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Migrante-diversidad-detencion-Pixabay-1-98x55.jpg 98w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Migrante-diversidad-detencion-Pixabay-1-650x366.jpg 650w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Migrante-diversidad-detencion-Pixabay-1.jpg 1152w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/>Analistas consideran que el Gobierno del presidente Joe Biden intenta detener la inmigraci\u00f3n irregular bajo tres ejes: ofrecer m\u00e1s oportunidades, ampliar n\u00famero de asilados y reforzar las fronteras, lo conseguir\u00e1 o no, es dudoso.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, un reciente an\u00e1lisis suscrito por Maribel Hastings y David Torres, de American Voice, y publicado en el diario La Opini\u00f3n, de Los Angeles, California, abord\u00f3 el problema que enfrentan los llamados \u201cso\u00f1adores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Una d\u00e9cada despu\u00e9s, DACA enfrenta muchos escollos legales y, de hecho, un fallo judicial lo limita a renovar permisos y a no aceptar nuevas solicitudes, agregan los expertos.<\/p>\n<p>Son alrededor de 100 mil los j\u00f3venes que se graduar\u00e1n de preparatoria este a\u00f1o sin la posibilidad de obtener un permiso de trabajo, una situaci\u00f3n que complica su realidad inmediata, la de sus familias y la de sus vecindarios.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-210032 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/tucuentavip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ponerse-we-immigrants-multicultural-diversi-Pixabay-147x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"379\" height=\"516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ponerse-we-immigrants-multicultural-diversi-Pixabay-147x200.jpg 147w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ponerse-we-immigrants-multicultural-diversi-Pixabay-41x55.jpg 41w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ponerse-we-immigrants-multicultural-diversi-Pixabay.jpg 528w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 379px) 100vw, 379px\" \/>En su an\u00e1lisis general en este aniversario de DACA, Hastings y Torres afirman que no hay sensibilidad en el Congreso.<\/p>\n<p>Se citan mil estudios sobre los beneficios para el pa\u00eds de legalizar la mano de obra indocumentada; hay lamentos porque los llamados So\u00f1adores siguen sin legalizarse y porque la protecci\u00f3n temporal que recibieron hace una d\u00e9cada est\u00e1 en la cuerda floja en los tribunales, aseguran.<\/p>\n<p>Esas pesquisas recuerdan \u201cque incluso las manos que recogen y procesan nuestros alimentos, los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas, no tienen documentaci\u00f3n, en su mayor\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los republicanos se van a la frontera a montar un teatro sobre la \u201ccrisis\u201d que hay, aseguran que estamos siendo \u201cinvadidos\u201d, pero son los primeros en bloquear proyectos de ley que buscan reformar las leyes de inmigraci\u00f3n en sus diversas manifestaciones: frontera, asilo, indocumentados, entre otras, dijeron los expertos.<\/p>\n<p>Esas posiciones promueven la agenda antiinmigrante, y hacen retroceder a EE.UU d\u00e9cadas los derechos civiles, para volver a invisibilizar a las minor\u00edas, sobre todo a los inmigrantes afrodescendientes.
