Las conversaciones con los rebeldes son cruciales para la ambici\u00f3n del presidente Gustavo Petro de lograr la \u201cpaz total\u201d con todos los grupos criminales\/paramilitares armados del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">El principal departamento responsable de implementar \u201cPaz Total\u201d es el del Alto Comisionado para la Paz de Colombia, sin embargo, es preocupante ver que este departamento carece de recursos suficientes para llevar a cabo el trabajo, para promover negociaciones con una amplia gama de grupos armados.
