El pasado 20 de octubre Polic\u00eda Federal (PF) comenz\u00f3 una operaci\u00f3n sobre el supuesto espionaje contra miles de personas, incluidos magistrados, pol\u00edticos, opositores y comunicadores, que habr\u00eda sucedido durante el Gobierno de Bolsonaro (2019-2022).<\/p>\n

Teniendo en cuenta una orden del Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), la Operaci\u00f3n \u00daltima Milla de la PF emiti\u00f3 25 \u00f3rdenes de b\u00fasqueda y otras dos de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra dos exagentes de la estatal Agencia Brasile\u00f1a de Inteligencia (ABIN) Rodrigo Colli y Eduardo Arthur Yzycky. Otros cinco trabajadores de la ABIN, entre ellos, el tres en la jefatura (Paulo Maur\u00edcio Fortunato Pinto), fueron separados de sus cargos mientras se investiga el origen de cerca de 172 mil d\u00f3lares que les fueron decomisados.<\/p>\n

La cruzada indaga el uso indebido, por funcionarios de la ABIN, del sistema de geolocalizaci\u00f3n de dispositivos m\u00f3viles sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n

Por el momento, la fuerza del orden p\u00fablico aclar\u00f3 que Bolsonaro no es blanco de escudri\u00f1amiento en el caso, pero los medios piden esperar a que termine de \u00abhalarse toda la soga\u00bb.<\/p>\n

El pol\u00edtico ultraderechista perdi\u00f3 las elecciones de octubre pasado frente al presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva y, entre varios procesos, responde actualmente como sospechoso por alentar a partidarios, bajo gritos de intervenci\u00f3n militar, a invadir y depredar el 8 de enero las sedes capitalinas del Congreso Nacional, el STF y el Palacio del Planalto (sede del Poder Ejecutivo).<\/p>\n

\"\"La Comisi\u00f3n Parlamentaria de Investigaci\u00f3n (CPI) sobre estos episodios antidemocr\u00e1ticos aprob\u00f3 el 18 de octubre la solicitud de enjuiciamiento de Bolsonaro y 60 m\u00e1s personas por la intentona golpista.<\/p>\n

El contenido demanda que Bolsonaro sea acusado de los delitos de asociaci\u00f3n criminal, intento de abolici\u00f3n violenta del Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Derecho, de deponer gobierno leg\u00edtimamente constituido y el empleo de medidas para impedir el libre ejercicio de derechos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n

\u00abLa democracia fue atacada. Las masas fueron manipuladas con discursos de odio. Milicianos digitales fueron empleados para diseminar el miedo, descalificar adversarios y promover ataques al sistema electoral\u00bb, denunci\u00f3 Gama durante la lectura del informe.<\/p>\n

Asegur\u00f3 que \u00abse intent\u00f3 corromper, obstruir y anular las elecciones. Y usan la libertad de expresi\u00f3n para ahogarla\u00bb.<\/p>\n

El escrito apunta que Bolsonaro resulta \u00abel autor intelectual y moral\u00bb de los hechos perpetrados contra instituciones en esa fecha, marcada en negro en la historia nacional.<\/p>\n

Pese a que recientemente en el Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE) se archiv\u00f3 el juicio de tres acciones contra Bolsonaro, el exuniformado sigue siendo objeto de otros 12 expedientes en curso en ese juzgado, adem\u00e1s de haber sido condenado en un caso.<\/p>\n

El frente legal del exmandatario en el TSE incluye 16 procesos en total. Por cinco votos a dos, la corte conden\u00f3 en junio a Bolsonaro por abuso de poder pol\u00edtico y uso indebido de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\"\"Durante una reuni\u00f3n con embajadores en julio de 2022 en el Palacio de la Alvorada (residencia oficial de la Presidencia), minti\u00f3 acerca del sistema electoral y atac\u00f3 sin pruebas a las urnas electr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n

La inelegibilidad por ocho a\u00f1os de Bolsonaro (hasta el 2030), determinada en aquella ocasi\u00f3n por el TSE, robusteci\u00f3 la posibilidad de que sea igualmente condenado por otros delitos. Tambi\u00e9n se investiga si el exgobernante puso en jaque el resultado de las pasadas elecciones, antes y despu\u00e9s del sufragio. Al uso de residencias oficiales con finalidad electiva, se a\u00f1aden otras tres acciones que se tramitan en conjunto y analizan si el entonces presidente utiliz\u00f3 alguna durante la conmemoraci\u00f3n oficial del Bicentenario de la Independencia en 2022, para promover su candidatura a la reelecci\u00f3n.
