Foto de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/presidenciard\/47980632231\">Gobierno Danilo Medina \/ Flickr<\/a>.\u00a0 Creative <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-nc-nd\/2.0\/\">Commons License<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Luis Beat\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El estudio del Instituto Universitario de Opini\u00f3n P\u00fablica ((Iudop) de la Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) sobre la situaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds al cierre de 2023 fue categ\u00f3rico al situar la seguridad por debajo de la econom\u00eda en cuanto a preocupaciones de la poblaci\u00f3n para 2024.<\/p>\n<p>En opini\u00f3n de salvadore\u00f1os de a pie, los que viven en barrios que antes eran controlados por las pandillas, y donde eran la extorsi\u00f3n y la violencia el \u201cpan nuestro de cada d\u00eda\u201d, \u201cel sol no se puede tapar con un dedo\u201d, en referencia a los que tratan de negar esa realidad. La consulta mostr\u00f3 que el 40.7% de la poblaci\u00f3n ven un pa\u00eds m\u00e1s seguro, algo que atribuyen al r\u00e9gimen de excepci\u00f3n prorrogado el martes por vig\u00e9sima segunda ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desconocer que 91 personas de cada 100 consideran que en el 2023 la delincuencia baj\u00f3 en el pa\u00eds no es algo racional. Creative <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/publicdomain\/zero\/1.0\/\">Commons License<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Omar Serrano, vicerrector de Proyecci\u00f3n Social de la UCA es categ\u00f3rico en su opini\u00f3n cuando se\u00f1ala que el ambiente de seguridad \u201cen concreto, se debe a la implementaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de excepci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hay dos constataciones evidentes en esta encuesta. La primera es que lo m\u00e1s apreciado y valorado por la poblaci\u00f3n es lo que tiene que ver con la pol\u00edtica de seguridad del gobierno y en concreto con el r\u00e9gimen de excepci\u00f3n y la segunda es que en este a\u00f1o el principal flagelo de la poblaci\u00f3n es y ser\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, un contraste innegable.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales y seg\u00fan las respuestas obtenidas por la pesquisa la seguridad es el principal logro de este gobierno y el pilar en el que descansa su mayoritario respaldo social, algo que aparentemente inclina la balanza en favor de Bukele en la cita en las urnas del 4 de febrero pr\u00f3ximo. El 80.5% de la poblaci\u00f3n estim\u00f3 que el 2023 estuvo mejor que el 2022 y \u00a0el 91.3% dijo que fue debido a variables que tienen que ver con la pol\u00edtica de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Es evidente que la seguridad est\u00e1 por debajo de la econom\u00eda en cuanto a lo que est\u00e1 mal en el pa\u00eds.
