Pareciera que cada persona estuviera aislada de su contexto social.<\/p>\n<p>La idea de empezar con uno mismo, es afortunada, y desafortunada al mismo tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Por un lado, ciertamente, la alusi\u00f3n al cuidado de una misma (de uno mismo) es importante. Lo que sentimos nos permite actuar y comprender el mundo concreto en el que cada cual vive.<\/p>\n<p>Hacer caso de lo que sentimos entra\u00f1a un germen revolucionario. Sentimientos como la ternura y el amor, el miedo, la indignaci\u00f3n o la tristeza nos permiten estar en contacto con el mundo, desde el lugar en que nos encontramos, y actuar en consecuencia. Las vivencias las procesamos conjuntando emociones y sentimientos, reflexiones e intenciones, y as\u00ed actuamos en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>En un sentido real, la separaci\u00f3n de todos estos aspectos es s\u00f3lo un recurso anal\u00edtico, porque todos ellos van juntos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, nos sentimos felices cuando resolvemos un problema en el trabajo o decepcionados si no pudimos hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-273036 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Punk-rockero-joven-rebelde-Pixaxbay.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Punk-rockero-joven-rebelde-Pixaxbay.jpg 896w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Punk-rockero-joven-rebelde-Pixaxbay-283x200.jpg 283w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Punk-rockero-joven-rebelde-Pixaxbay-431x305.jpg 431w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Punk-rockero-joven-rebelde-Pixaxbay-862x610.jpg 862w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 455px) 100vw, 455px\" \/>La soluci\u00f3n del problema implica reflexi\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n sentimientos. Los sentimientos y la reflexi\u00f3n juntos, nos permiten tambi\u00e9n identificar opresi\u00f3n, discriminaci\u00f3n, injusticia, necesidad de cambio.<\/p>\n<p>Es afortunado empezar con uno mismo, porque la experiencia se vive desde all\u00ed donde est\u00e1s t\u00fa, desde aqu\u00ed donde estoy yo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, quedarse solamente con el individuo es desafortunado. Tenemos la idea de la receta.<\/p>\n<p>Paso uno cuida al individuo; paso dos, act\u00faa en la sociedad. Es una ilusi\u00f3n pensar las cosas de esa manera. De entrada, cualquier cosa que hagamos, est\u00e1 informada por los contextos concretos en que nos movemos y, m\u00e1s a\u00fan, tiene repercusiones en ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras acciones desde el \u2018buenos d\u00edas\u2019 hasta que ponemos la cabeza en la almohada son acciones sociales. Las personas individuales formamos parte del contexto, y en realidad de diferentes contextos.<\/p>\n<p>Es desafortunado pensarnos como seres aislados, cuando lo que hacemos conforma el tejido de nuestras comunidades.<\/p>\n<p>Para crecer individualmente, para cuidarnos, participamos en situaciones sociales: somos parte de una familia, vamos a una escuela o al gimnasio, participamos en la comunidad de la iglesia, entre otras muchos contextos sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Una apuesta distinta podr\u00eda ser: para crecer en lo individual, es importante crecer en lo social. Podemos crecer si reflexionamos de manera personal y con las personas allegadas.
