\"\"As\u00ed lo indic\u00f3 el director de Ipsos-Per\u00fa, Guillermo Loli, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el hoy encarcelado exgobernante neoliberal Alejandro Toledo (2001-06) tambi\u00e9n lleg\u00f3 a tener un d\u00edgito de aprobaci\u00f3n, pero fue por negarse a reconocer la paternidad de una hija y no por su gesti\u00f3n gubernamental, como ocurre con Boluarte.<\/p>\n

Loli consider\u00f3 que es preocupante para el Gobierno que la impopularidad de la mandataria se mantenga desde inicios del a\u00f1o, sin que se vislumbren posibilidades de mejora. El sondeo, de alcance nacional, recogi\u00f3 opiniones sobre la situaci\u00f3n de las cruciales y cr\u00edticas \u00e1reas de seguridad ciudadana y salud p\u00fablica y la mayor\u00eda consider\u00f3 que siguen igual o han empeorado bajo el gobierno de Boluarte, iniciado en diciembre de 2022.<\/p>\n

\"\"La seguridad para el 86% est\u00e1 peor (79) o igual (7) y la salud, seg\u00fan un 95% ha empeorado (53) o est\u00e1 igual (42).<\/p>\n

Ipsos-Per\u00fa tambi\u00e9n pregunt\u00f3 sobre los anuncios de la mandataria en su mensaje ante el Parlamento por el 203 aniversario de la independencia nacional, de los que solo fue probado por el 65% de los consultados, el de un aumento del sueldo m\u00ednimo mensual de monto pendiente de definici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En cuanto al anuncio de cambio de nombre de Ministerio del Interior por el de Ministerio de Seguridad, 65% opinaron en contra y 23% a favor. Tampoco alcanz\u00f3 mayor\u00eda el anuncio presidencial a favor del proyecto de explotaci\u00f3n de cobre de T\u00eda Mar\u00eda, a cargo de la transnacional Southern, en la sure\u00f1a regi\u00f3n de Arequipa, que enfrenta fuerte rechazo social por el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n que conlleva.<\/p>\n

\"\"Votaron en contra 44% y a favor 38 por ciento.<\/p>\n

Una encuesta previa del no gubernamental Instituto de Estudios Peruanos sobre la administraci\u00f3n de Boluarte, arroj\u00f3 un resultado similar al de Ipsos, de 88% en contra y seis% a favor. PL<\/p>\n
