Creative<a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by-nc\/2.0\/\"> Commons License<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La semana pasada la Corte Suprema de Brasil acept\u00f3 por unanimidad la denuncia sobre el intento de golpe de Estado en 2022, lo que convierte al exmandatario Jair Bolsonaro y otros siete aliados en acusados en una acci\u00f3n penal.<\/p>\n<p>Los votos de los cinco miembros de la primera sala del Supremo fueron suficientes para hacer avanzar el caso. Ahora, la corte iniciar\u00e1 la faena punitiva que podr\u00e1 condenar o absolver al exgobernante y los dem\u00e1s acusados.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator del proceso, fue el primero en votar por la recepci\u00f3n de la denuncia y se pronunci\u00f3 durante una hora y media. Durante su intervenci\u00f3n destac\u00f3 los indicios de delito y materialidad levantados en la denuncia de la Fiscal\u00eda General con respecto a Bolsonaro y siete aliados. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201clas interpretaciones sobre el hecho se producir\u00e1n durante la instrucci\u00f3n procesal penal\u201d, indic\u00f3 el juez.<\/p>\n<p>Aludi\u00f3 al reconocimiento de las propias defensas de los acusados de que el acto antidemocr\u00e1tico del 8 de enero de 2023 fue grav\u00edsimo y tuvo violencia. Seis de los ocho abogados no negaron esto en sus apoyos orales.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro luego mostr\u00f3 en la pantalla del STF una secuencia de im\u00e1genes de las escenas de agresi\u00f3n, destrucci\u00f3n e incendios. \u201cSi eso no es violencia, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es violencia?\u201d, pregunt\u00f3 De Moraes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-256030\" src=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Justicia-Pixabay.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"458\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Justicia-Pixabay.jpg 692w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Justicia-Pixabay-278x200.jpg 278w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Justicia-Pixabay-77x55.jpg 77w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Justicia-Pixabay-650x467.jpg 650w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 458px) 100vw, 458px\" \/>Los magistrados Fl\u00e1vio Dino, Luiz Fux, Carmen Lucia Antunes y Cristiano Zanin siguieron al relator \u00edntegramente en discursos r\u00e1pidos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, Antunes record\u00f3 los intentos de impedir que los electores votaran en 2022 y afirm\u00f3 que la m\u00e1quina estaba funcionando \u201cpara desacreditar lo que es confiable para el ciudadano brasile\u00f1o, por la simple circunstancia de que el proceso electoral brasile\u00f1o es confiable, seguro y correcto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hay indicios razonables de recepci\u00f3n de la denuncia de la Fiscal\u00eda General, que se\u00f1ala a Bolsonaro como l\u00edder de la organizaci\u00f3n criminal, demostrando su participaci\u00f3n con los elementos en la investigaci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Federal. La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 sobre la base de la querella presentada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal que atribuye al grupo la formaci\u00f3n del llamado n\u00facleo crucial dirigido a la ruptura institucional.
