Se estima en m\u00e1s de 20 mil los menores chilenos adoptados de manera irregular durante el r\u00e9gimen de Augusto Pinochet (1973-1990). Estos se quedaron en el pa\u00eds o fueron enviados al extranjero, sobre todo a Europa. Por ello hoy en Chile se buscar seguir las huellas y crear reencuentros y memoria.<\/em><\/p>\n

En esas pr\u00e1cticas ilegales hubo complicidad del Estado, de diversas instituciones como CEMA Chile, presidida por la esposa de Pinochet, Luc\u00eda Hiriart, y de organismos judiciales que articularon una red para la salida masiva de ni\u00f1os por intereses de control social o de lucro.<\/p>\n

La Fundaci\u00f3n Hijos y Madres del Silencio (HMS), dedicada a apoyar a las familias afectadas por este flagelo, realiz\u00f3 un estudio basado en el relato de 273 v\u00edctimas, que revel\u00f3 procedimientos sistem\u00e1ticos como la declaraci\u00f3n falsa de muerte al nacer, la manipulaci\u00f3n de documentos, la participaci\u00f3n de redes de intermediarios y hasta el uso de amenazas. En cuanto al perfil de las v\u00edctimas, la mayor\u00eda eran mujeres j\u00f3venes, pobres e ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n

\u201cNosotros hemos logrado m\u00e1s de 350 encuentros de hijos que viven en el extranjero o ac\u00e1 en Chile, con sus padres biol\u00f3gicos\u201d, dijo M<\/strong>arisol Rodr\u00edguez, presidenta de HMS, a la prensa.<\/p>\n

Las adopciones irregulares no solo se dieron en Chile, sino tambi\u00e9n en otros pa\u00edses como Per\u00fa, Bolivia, Brasil o Guatemala. \u201cEntonces, es importante no silenciarlas y que las madres a las cuales les quitaron a sus beb\u00e9s, este dolor lo transformen en fuerza\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\"\"El pasado a\u00f1o desde el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos se anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de la Mesa Interinstitucional de Trabajo sobre Adopciones Forzadas o Irregulares, con el fin de garantizar el derecho de cada una de las personas a conocer su origen y la reunificaci\u00f3n familiar.<\/p>\n

El secretario ejecutivo de la Mesa Interinstitucional, Anan\u00edas Reyes, inform\u00f3 que en 2024 se efectuaron 10 sesiones y varios encuentros con la sociedad civil, instituciones estatales y organismos internacionales.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, hay pocos avances porque falta una respuesta coordinada del Estado para la atenci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas, no hay v\u00edas administrativas para la b\u00fasqueda de los menores robados y la informaci\u00f3n oficial es escasa.<\/p>\n

La mesa plantea la necesidad de que primero el Estado reconozca la existencia de adopciones forzadas y se cree una entidad especializada que se encargue de la b\u00fasqueda de los hijos a trav\u00e9s de mecanismos administrativos.<\/p>\n

Desde la Fundaci\u00f3n Hijos y Madres del Silencio, su presidenta Marisol Rodr\u00edguez, tambi\u00e9n propone la creaci\u00f3n de un banco de ADN para la identificaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas, apoyo en salud mental a las familias y una comisi\u00f3n para la verdad, la justicia y la reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Un encuentro<\/strong><\/p>\n

En la p\u00e1gina de la Fundaci\u00f3n HMS, Carolina Baeza es el caso n\u00famero 293 del reencuentro con las familias facilitado por esa organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro.<\/p>\n

\"\"Carolina naci\u00f3 en 1976 en el hospital Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Aguirre, de la capital chilena, y a su madre le dijeron que hab\u00eda muerto en el parto, pero en realidad fue una v\u00edctima m\u00e1s del robo de ni\u00f1os perpetrado en dictadura.<\/p>\n

\u201cA los 15 a\u00f1os supe que era adoptada. Mi madre adoptiva falleci\u00f3 hace nueve a\u00f1os, en 2022 ingres\u00e9 a la Fundaci\u00f3n y, gracias al ADN, pude encontrar a mis padres biol\u00f3gicos\u201d, cuenta a Prensa Latina.<\/p>\n

\u201cMi mam\u00e1 tiene 78 a\u00f1os y mi pap\u00e1 82, y adem\u00e1s tengo cuatro hermanos\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n

Sobre el reencuentro, afirma que fue de mucho llanto y dolor porque ellos ya no la buscaban pues pensaban que su hija menor hab\u00eda muerto en el parto.<\/p>\n

\u201cMi madre rezaba por m\u00ed. Yo era como la estrella que le iluminaba desde el cielo, nunca olvidaron el d\u00eda en que nac\u00ed\u201d.<\/p>\n

En su conversaci\u00f3n con la prensa, narra que ya pasaron dos a\u00f1os y poco a poco\u00a0 se han podido construir lazos. \u201cHemos re\u00eddo, hemos llorado. Estoy muy agradecida del trabajo de la fundaci\u00f3n, pero hace falta mucha ayuda\u201d, declara. Carolina considera necesario hacer m\u00e1s desde el Gobierno porque muchas mam\u00e1s est\u00e1n muriendo sin conocer el paradero de sus hijos. \u201cEse es un dolor muy grande porque cuando llevas a tu guagua (beb\u00e9) nueve meses en el vientre e incluso lo escuchas llorar, eso jam\u00e1s se te olvida\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n

El diputado Boris Barrera, quien ha venido acompa\u00f1ando desde hace varios a\u00f1os el trabajo de la Fundaci\u00f3n Hijos y Madres del Silencio, inform\u00f3 que junto a las agrupaciones sociales est\u00e1n impulsando en el Parlamento la Ley sobre la Identidad de Origen. PL<\/p>\n
