La resistencia se convirti\u00f3 en insurrecci\u00f3n y la ciudad se autoproclam\u00f3 oficialmente la Comuna, con setenta y nueve representantes elegidos el 28 de marzo. Dur\u00f3 hasta finales de mayo, cuando el gobierno de Versalles reconquist\u00f3 la ciudad y llev\u00f3 a cabo una gran masacre de comuneros.<\/p>\n<p>El impresionante y perspicaz estudio de Deluermoz recoge la ingente cantidad de trabajos acad\u00e9micos y comentarios sobre el suceso. Presenta una perspectiva novedosa que explica, dada su breve duraci\u00f3n, la importancia desproporcionada e inspiradora de la Comuna como acontecimiento nacional y mundial. Cambi\u00f3 la forma en que las personas \u2014y no \u00fanicamente quienes participaron\u2014 entend\u00edan la historia y a s\u00ed mismas: los comuneros se propusieron desmantelar el Estado existente a medida que \u00abjornaleros, zapateros y empleados administrativos se convert\u00edan en recaudadores de impuestos, jefes de polic\u00eda y agentes de aduanas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-295143 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Book-cover-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"287\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Book-cover-2.png 403w, https:\/\/theprisma.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Book-cover-2-131x200.png 131w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 287px) 100vw, 287px\" \/>Se han conservado los registros administrativos que muestran c\u00f3mo se dispusieron a cambiar su mundo al tiempo que lo vigilaban y respetaban las nuevas leyes que se iban introduciendo.<\/p>\n<p>Los detalles de c\u00f3mo se desarrolla todo esto constituyen una de las partes m\u00e1s interesantes de este estudio.<\/p>\n<p>La parte final del libro analiza el fin de la Comuna, las masacres y los juicios que siguieron, y la necesidad de volver a ella como un momento explosivo que traspas\u00f3 sus l\u00edmites hist\u00f3ricos.<\/p>\n<p>Sirvi\u00f3 de recuerdo en la Revoluci\u00f3n Rusa y en la Revoluci\u00f3n Alemana de noviembre de 1918, en Shangh\u00e1i en 1967, en la Francia de 1968 y en Oaxaca en 2006. Como un espectro, se niega a morir.<\/p>\n<p>El autor de <em>\u00abRevolutions\u00bb<\/em> llega a la misma conclusi\u00f3n sobre revoluciones en general. Sassoon ofrece una visi\u00f3n general de \u2014tal y como reza una definici\u00f3n\u2014 los intentos de cambiar las \u00abestructuras estatales y de clase de una sociedad&#8230; acompa\u00f1ados y, en parte, llevados a cabo mediante revueltas de clase desde abajo\u00bb.
